      What do I do if I lose my belongings at the Karnival DagangHalal event?

      In the event of a lost item, please try to retrace your steps to the first few places you visited to determine if your belongings are left there. If it’s not, please report immediately to the food expo security personnel stationed around. Having said this, please take note that the authorities WILL NOT be responsible for any losses incurred throughout the event.

      Are face masks compulsory to enter the food expo?
      For the general public, wearing a face mask is not compulsory, although it is recommended to have one worn. For the exhibitors, each staff is required to wear a face mask for hygienic purposes for handling food items. As always, all patrons are advised to change their masks every day and safely dispose of them to prevent infection.
      Despite the current post-pandemic state, I worry about the affliction still. Will there be a sanitisation station prior to entering?
      A sanitisation gel station will be stationed at the entrance prior to entering for hygienic purposes. All individuals are also recommended to have a personal pocket-carry sanitisation spray in order to safeguard themselves further.
      Am I allowed to bring in outside food and baggage items into Karnival DagangHalal?
      Yes. All visitors and attendees are welcome to bring in their purchased belongings and carry-on items into the food expo site.
      Is there a toilet found within the exhibition centre itself?

      There are no washroom units stationed within the food expo site itself. However, a nearby washroom unit can be found outside the exhibition centre for usage.
